Russia has been blamed for everything for many, many years. They have been a big enemy. So, yes. But his specific statement I believe is because China tries to lie and claim America gave it to China so he wanted to specifically state that wasn't true. That is why he has been saying China Virus. For many years Germans and Russians were the bad guys in most Hollywood movies....the second they got a little darker everyone screamed racism. Funny how that works
